What You'll Do
Your responsibilities include:
Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism
Manage appointments and respond to customer enquiries
Handle bookings via phone, Email, WhatsApp and walk-ins
Process payments and perform cashiering duties
️ Maintain customer records and perform basic administrative tasks
Work closely with therapists and outlet teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Has customer service or front desk experience (a bonus, but not required!)
