About the role

A Production Supervisor role in the Manufacturing Assembly Industry, responsible for supervising and coordinating daily production team activities to meet targets and deadlines while ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team to meet targets and deadlines
• Monitor production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with Quality standard, Safety protocols and Operational procedures
• Provide good leadership and support to the production staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Analyse production data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Planning, Quality and Engineering to optimise operations
• Assist in the development and implementation of product plans, schedules and strategies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities

About you

• Diploma in Electronic
• Minimum 2-3 years of experiences as a Production Supervisor in Manufacturing Assembly Industry
• Strong understanding of Production Processes, Quality Control and Safety procedures
• Excellent problem-solving, decision making and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a production team
• Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• 7S Knowledge

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Production Supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)
