Receive and review work orders from clients and coordinateproject requirements.

• Submit the necessary documents to relevant authorities andliaise with authorities to obtain the required clearances and approvals beforecommencement of work.
• Planning of project, arrangement of manpower andmachineries to ensure smooth and timely performance of project.
• Ensure work performed is in accordance with QEHSrequirement.
• Prepare project claims and supporting documents, andensure claims are submitted and certified by the client in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper project records, documentation, and reports
• Perform other project coordination duties as assigned.
