Our client is a leading global semiconductor manufacturing company specializing in advanced semiconductor technologies. They are expanding their operations and are looking for motivated individuals to join their growing team.

Position: Yield Engineer
Location: North Region
Working Hours: Office hours
Employment Type : Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct yield analysis to identify yield loss, quality issues, and process improvement opportunities.

• Drive yield improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Monitor production yield performance, prepare weekly reports, and analyse trends and abnormalities.

• Collaborate with Process, Equipment, and Quality teams to improve manufacturing performance and product quality.

• Lead yield-related investigations, audits, and reviews, including preparation of technical reports and presentations.

• Support customer engagements, process qualifications, and improvement of process, material, and equipment capabilities.

• Develop and maintain yield dashboards to monitor performance and highlight improvement opportunities.

• Support continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor process engineering or yield engineering preferred.

• Knowledge of Wafer Level Chip Scale Packaging (WLCSP) operations is an added advantage.

• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, JMP, Tableau, Python, or Fine BI.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.

• Strong project management and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
