What impact you can create:

As a Fashion Confidant, you will embody the values of the brand by delivering a high-touch and personal one-to-one shopping experience at clients’ preferred locations, while building brand visibility, nurturing enduring relationships, and driving substantial high-value sales and revenue growth.

• Offer a bespoke consultative client experience with expert guidance on motifs, palettes, and styling tailored to each client’s personality and lifestyle.
• Develop, manage, and expand a portfolio of affluent clients, including government officials and corporate executives within a defined territory.
• Foster enduring client relationships to optimize lifetime value, promote repeat business, and secure organic referrals.
• Maintain detailed records of client preferences, purchase histories, interactions, and key dates.

What you will bring to the role:

• Demonstrate fashion and arts expertise with engaging, courteous, and sincere communication and influence.
• Motivated by sales success with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals and revenue growth.
• Self-starter, proactive, and able to flourish with minimal guidance while effectively navigating uncertainty.
• Portray a professional and sophisticated image of personal grooming and etiquette at all times.

Required qualifications:

• 15+ years in luxury retail, with deep understanding of the industry and the competitive landscape in Malaysia.
• An existing book of business or established network in the luxury market is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of leading growth-oriented businesses with significant P&L responsibility.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours to accommodate client schedules and networking events.
