Senior Fine Tuner Engineer

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang

Responsibilities

• Perform machine installation, commissioning, testing, and fine-tuning.
• Troubleshoot and optimize automated machines and production lines.
• Support FAT, SAT, and customer acceptance activities.
• Work closely with engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical support and training to customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in machine commissioning, troubleshooting, or automation equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Preferred

• Experience with automated production lines or special-purpose machinery.
• Hands-on FAT/SAT and customer-site commissioning experience.
