What does a Loss Adjuster do?

When a serious insured event happens, insurers appoint loss adjusters to investigate the facts and assess the claim independently.

01 - Investigate the cause of loss

02 - Inspect damaged property, machinery and stock

03 - Interview policyholders, witnesses and contractors

04 - Review insurance policies and supporting documents

05 - Assess quantum and recommend fair settlements
