About the role

At Stampede Solution we build software for the fintech and collections industry, used daily by teams across the region. Our Quality Assurance team makes sure it works before it reaches our clients. As a Software Tester, you will verify new features and changes, support users through acceptance testing, and help drive issues to resolution. It is a hands-on role with a clear path to grow into test design and automation.

What you'll do

• Execute manual and automated test cases to confirm new features and changes behave as expected.
• Run regression testing and support user acceptance testing — guiding users and verifying results.
• Investigate, reproduce and clearly document issues, with the detail developers need to fix them fast.
• Track issues through to resolution and retest fixes before they are closed.
• Verify data using SQL queries.
• Report testing progress and collaborate closely with analysts and developers.

What you'll bring

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent software-testing experience.
• A solid grasp of software testing fundamentals and black-box techniques.
• SQL (MySQL) for data verification.
• Clear, precise written communication and strong attention to detail.
• A learning mindset and genuine interest in growing toward test design and automation.

Nice to have

• Exposure to test automation (Robot Framework, Playwright).
• ISTQB Foundation certification.
