Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Business Growth

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives across the company’s brands, products, and applications.
• Define target audiences, market positioning, and key selling points.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing and operational plans.
• Recommend marketing channels, campaign priorities, budgets, and resource allocation based on each product’s stage of development.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and user feedback to identify growth opportunities.

2. Daily Operations & Project Management

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for assigned products and business activities.
• Ensure marketing campaigns and operational initiatives are delivered on schedule.
• Establish and improve workflows, task ownership, delivery standards, and timelines.
• Track project progress, coordinate resources, and resolve execution issues.
• Consolidate customer and user feedback to support improvements to products, services, and user experience.
• Coordinate external vendors and partners, monitoring deliverables, costs, and timelines.

3. Social Media & Content Marketing

• Manage relevant social media channels and maintain a consistent brand identity and tone of voice.
• Develop content calendars and create social media posts, advertising copy, short-form video scripts, website content, and landing page copy.
• Produce basic marketing content and coordinate design, video, or external production support as needed.
• Manage community engagement and enquiry follow-up processes to improve audience engagement and lead quality.

4. Paid Advertising & Conversion Optimisation

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising and organic marketing campaigns.
• Select suitable platforms, such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads, based on product needs and target audiences.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimise targeting, creative assets, messaging, and landing pages.
• Work with relevant teams to improve the journey from clicks and enquiries to registrations, purchases, or app downloads.

5. SEO & Organic Growth

• Conduct keyword research and improve website content, page structure, and on-page SEO.
• Develop content plans based on user search intent to increase relevant visibility and organic traffic.
• Coordinate with website or technical teams to address issues affecting search performance and user experience.

6. Performance Analysis & Optimisation

• Maintain marketing and operational reports, highlighting results, issues, and recommended actions.
• Track relevant metrics, including qualified leads, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, return on ad spend, and user retention.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve content, advertising creative, audience targeting, and conversion journeys.
• Work with relevant teams to improve website or app tracking and data accuracy.

7. AI Tools & Workflow Improvement

• Use AI tools to support market research, idea generation, content creation, data organisation, and daily operations.
• Review AI-generated output for accuracy, quality, and brand suitability.
• Evaluate relevant marketing and automation tools to improve efficiency and streamline repetitive tasks.

8. Cross-functional Coordination & Business Travel

• Work closely with management, product, sales, design, and technical teams to align marketing and operations with business objectives.
• Travel as required for client or partner meetings, market activities, project implementation, and on-site operational coordination.
• Manage travel-related preparation and follow up on agreed actions to ensure delivery.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM8,200.00 per month
