岗位职责
Job Description:
Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and feeding.
Support patient mobility, including transferring, repositioning and escorting patients when required.
Monitor patients’ conditions and promptly report any changes or concerns to nursing staff.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety in patient care areas, including changing bed linens and replenishing supplies.
Provide compassionate patient care while assisting nurses with daily tasks and adhering to infection control procedures.
Requirements:
Prior experience in healthcare, nursing homes or elderly care is preferred.
Diploma in Nursing / Higher Nitec in Community Care.
