Key Responsibilities
Support the full spectrum of day-to-day HR operations and administration.
Handle recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment documentation and onboarding.
Assist with monthly payroll preparation, including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions and other payroll-related records.
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files and HR documentation.
Coordinate employee training, course registration, training records and related administrative matters.
Assist with employee onboarding, confirmation, contract renewal, resignation and offboarding processes.
Prepare HR letters, employment-related documents, reports and operational paperwork.
Support leave, attendance and other employee administration matters.
Assist the HR team with construction workforce-related HR administration where required.
Respond to employees' general HR enquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of relevant HR experience in the construction industry
.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Hands-on experience in
recruitment, payroll administration, training coordination and general HR operations
.
Familiar with Singapore employment practices and HR administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple administrative tasks independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced construction environment and coordinate with both office and operational/site employees.
