U Aesthetics is looking for a friendly, organised and service-oriented
Customer Service Officer
to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers
Manage appointments and bookings
Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp
Handle payments and daily front desk duties
Coordinate appointments with therapists
Follow up with customers
Maintain accurate customer and appointment records
Support smooth daily outlet operations
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-service oriented
Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic computer systems
Beauty/aesthetics or customer service experience is an advantage
Able to work well independently and as part of a team
