岗位职责
The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the Company’s services, ensuring that operations run efficiently, comply with statutory and client requirements, and meet agreed quality and cost targets. The role manages operational staff and supervisors, and works closely with Finance and HR on manpower, budgeting and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure services are delivered on schedule and to contract specifications.
Manage manpower deployment, rostering and attendance, and ensure adequate coverage across all sites.
Lead, train and appraise supervisors and frontline staff, and handle staff performance and disciplinary matters in consultation with HR.
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, work pass requirements, workplace safety and health standards, and relevant licensing conditions.
Monitor service quality through site inspections, audits and client feedback, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Manage client relationships, including regular reviews, complaint handling and contract-related operational matters.
Prepare and manage the operational budget, control costs, and provide timely inputs to Finance on manpower costs, overtime, claims and supplier payments.
Oversee procurement and management of equipment, consumables and subcontractors.
Prepare regular operational reports and performance updates for senior management.
Job Requirements
At least 5 years of operations experience.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
Working knowledge of Singapore employment and work pass regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours when operationally required.

Since its establishment in 1993, LS 2 Services Pte Ltd has developed an extensive track record as a cleaning and Conservancy Company in Singapore’s cleaning industry. Over the years, LS 2 has been actively involved in both government and private projects. We specialise in the provision of commercial cleaning, conservancy cleaning services, external facade cleaning and waste collection.
