Job Responsibilities:
Works with external partners, line managers and team members to develop, present and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, events and activities for the various brands under the group.

Administer marketing budgets and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to obtain, study, analyze the findings and review the effectiveness of marketing activities/campaigns delivered and/or pre-development initiatives.

Collaborate and assist with external partners and internal teams in organizing and coordinating events / conferences / exhibitions.

Oversees and coordinates the creation and production of collateral.

Oversee in organizing and coordinating events / conferences/ exhibitions.

Responsible for the messaging, copywriting and proofreading creative copy for the group.

Conducting market research – collating data, analyzing data to identify target market.

Conduct competitors’ analysis and monitor campaigns / activities of competitors.

Maintaining / refreshing websites and administer social media accounts.

Facilitate and/ or deliver presentations/workshops for stakeholders.

Coordinate branding / marketing projects with external vendors.

To forge strategic partnerships and maintain effective working relationships with strategic partners, vendors, agencies and other stakeholders to increase the cooperation and awareness of the brands affiliated

Support other ad-hoc marketing tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:
Possess a Marketing or marketing-related Degree.

Possess at least 3 years of marketing experience

Candidates are expected to take part in the company events or other marketing campaigns.

Able to contribute fresh ideas and able to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Able to multi-task and possess good project management skills.

Strong spoken and written communication skills.

Prior experience in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva will be an advantage.

Knowledge in Wordpress and Wix will be an advantage.

Proficient in MS office applications (i.e. Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, Powerpoint, etc).

Prior experience in managing digital marketing is preferred.

Proficient in social media tools (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
