As we expand our retail presence in Singapore, we are looking for enthusiastic, service-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team.

Position: Store In-Charge - KODAK Apparel
Location: Jewel Changi Airport

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.

• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection.

• Drive sales and work towards achieving store sales targets.

• Guide and support retail team members in their daily activities.

• Assist with staff scheduling and daily work assignments.

• Handle cashier operations, POS transactions and daily sales reporting.

• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment and stocktaking.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.

• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail operating procedures.

Requirements

• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or store operations.

• Experience in fashion, apparel or lifestyle retail is an advantage.

• Previous experience guiding or supervising retail staff is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales-oriented, responsible and proactive.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management is an advantage.

• Able to work rotating retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
