Job Summary

Make outbound calls to schedule appointments using provided scripts and approved leads, supporting the sales team without selling over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Use provided scripts to conduct cold calls aimed at scheduling appointments
• Follow training guidelines to effectively engage leads and secure appointments
• Manage call schedules within assigned hours to maximize appointment setting efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments for team coordination
• Adapt communication style to suit diverse customer profiles and improve appointment rates

• Location: Alexandra
• Salary Range: $12 to $15 per hour negotiable
• Working Hours: Part-time, minimum 2 to 4 hours per day, 2 times per week
• Work Days: Tuesdays to Thursdays (except public holidays), between 10am to 5pm
• Schedule: Flexible
• Training: Provided, no prior experience required
