Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Johor Baharu, responsible for overseeing sales performance and store operations within an assigned region. This role includes managing and coaching store teams, setting sales targets, monitoring key performance indicators, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability. The Regional Sales Manager will regularly visit outlets, ensure compliance with company policies, support merchandising and promotional activities, and address customer or operational issues promptly. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, collaborating with senior management on planning and budgeting, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall regional performance.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or sales management, preferably in a multi-store or regional capacity.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience with sales reporting and KPI monitoring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability in planning, organizing, and executing regional sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Ability to work on-site and travel frequently within the Johor Baharu region as required.
• Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with retail POS or inventory systems is an advantage.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
