About The Job

Our client is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join their Technology department. Reporting to the Senior Delivery Manager, this professional-level role involves collecting user experience design requirements and conceptualizing the UI/UX design strategy for the brand.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets, while strictly adhering to typography and graphic design style standards.
• Collaborating with the marketing team, business team, and end users to ensure expectations are met.
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
• Working closely with the Scrum team to ensure quality design is implemented throughout the entire software development cycle.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior UI/UX Designers while staying up-to-date on emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Fluent proficiency in the English language.
  
  

Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products or services.
• Strong portfolio of UI/UX design work across both web and mobile platforms, highlighting successful projects that improve user experience and business outcomes.
• Expertise in user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Strong hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools including Sketch, InVision, Visio, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), iOS, and Android design principles.
• Solid understanding of Agile Development Methodology (Scrum) and the ability to work effectively within iterative development cycles.
• Ability to clearly articulate design processes, concepts, and solutions to diverse stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and business leaders.
• Proven experience mentoring juniors and fostering an environment of collaboration, learning, and professional development.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to short deadlines in fast-paced, time-sensitive projects.
• Positive attitude towards adopting new technologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.
