Your new role

• Partner with clients to identify AI & data opportunities, translating business challenges into practical, value-driven solutions.
• Design and deliver AI, Generative AI & analytics solutions, including machine learning, LLM-enabled applications, data pipelines and integrations.
• Transform data into actionable insights, including data analysis, modelling and visualisation through tools such as Power BI, Tableau or QlikView.
• Support end-to-end client delivery, collaborating with technical and business teams, participating in workshops, and communicating solutions and recommendations to stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of relevant AI, Data or Technology experience, with proven experience implementing AI solutions within business applications and taking projects from requirements through delivery and implementation.
• Strong AI and data understanding, including exposure to Machine Learning, Generative AI / LLMs, analytics or AI-enabled applications. The role requires strong technical understanding, but is not purely hands-on development or Data Science focused.
• Proven team leadership and end-to-end project delivery experience
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience within Financial Services and/or Consulting is required. Exposure to Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, FinTech or InsurTech would be advantageous.

Good to Have

• Combination of Consulting + Financial Services experience.
• Experience with cloud-based AI/data platforms and AI transformation programmes.
