In this role, you will take comprehensive leadership of end-to-end supply chain functions, managing sourcing, cross-border freight, and fulfilment networks to drive business expansion.

• Direct strategic procurement initiatives for raw materials and packaging, negotiating commercial terms with local and global vendor partners.

• Oversee international freight operations and customs clearance across multi-modal transport channels to maintain schedule integrity and optimise landed costs.

• Align sales demand forecasts with inventory replenishment strategies, coordinating distribution between central fulfilment centres and regional retail touchpoints.

• Establish robust warehousing and stock control standards, driving continuous process enhancements and system automation to minimise shrinkage and handling errors.

• Lead, mentor, and build the capabilities of the supply chain team while tracking operational KPIs and cost-efficiency metrics to support organisational growth.
  

skills and experience required.

• Degree or professional qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.

• Minimum of five to eight years of relevant experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or inventory management, including a proven track record of team leadership.

• Practical background in international vendor management, import and export procedures, and multi-modal freight coordination, with the ability to undertake overseas business travel.

• Strong analytical capability in monitoring cost drivers and landed costs, with working exposure to enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms and warehouse management systems (WMS).

• Professional communication skills in English and Mandarin to facilitate regular coordination and commercial negotiations with regional Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
