E-Commerce Admin Executive

Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,800 per month

Location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore

Employment Type: Full-time (9am to 6pm)

Flexible Work Arrangement: Opportunity to work from home 1–2 days per week after completing initial training and becoming familiar with job responsibilities, subject to work requirements.

About Us

mixshop is a growing Singapore-based e-commerce business operating across multiple online platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and our own online store.

We believe in working smarter through technology, automation and AI tools. We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Admin Executive who is eager to learn, take initiative and grow with our business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Order Management

• Monitor and follow up on customer enquiries across e-commerce platforms, supported by our existing AI customer service tools.

• Handle customer issues, order cancellations, returns, refunds and other after-sales matters.

• Ensure customer enquiries and issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

2. E-Commerce Operations & Administration

• Support daily operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other online sales channels.

• Handle general administrative tasks, documentation and operational follow-ups.

• Coordinate with warehouse teams, suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist with promotional campaigns and other e-commerce activities.

3. Business Support & Development

• Work closely with the General Manager on daily business operations and special projects.

• Assist in sourcing suppliers, including price comparisons and negotiations.

• Follow up on wholesale enquiries, quotations and business orders.

• Support business expansion, new opportunities and operational improvements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Previous experience in e-commerce operations, customer service or administrative work is preferred.

• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop Seller Centre will be an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Mandarin communication skills for coordination with Mandarin-speaking colleagues.

• Open-minded and willing to learn new technologies, including AI and automation tools.

• Detail-oriented, organised and capable of managing multiple tasks.

• Responsible, proactive and willing to take initiative.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
