Project Control Engineer (Civil & Building)

Job Overview

To lead the scheduling, budgeting, work scope tracking and verification work done. To analyse and define Project work scope metrics, identify potential delays or cost overruns.

Key Responsibilities

Project scheduling: Tracking work progress with construction department and clients

Cost management & Budgeting: Monitor project expenditures, material delivery and tracking

Change Order & Claims: identify and tabulate Variation order, subcontractor and company progress claim

Material & resources Planning: Monitor resource loading (manpower, machinery and material)

Qualifications

Education: Degree in civil, construction management, Quantity surveyor or equivalent

Experience: Min. 2 years experience within civil &.building works

Software: MS Project or primavera P6, Excel (advanced formula) and familiar with BIM

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
