Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Supervisor in managing daily operations and ensuring all tasks are completed according to company SOP.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and work performance.
• Ensure all goods are properly arranged, labelled, and stored according to company requirements.
• Assist in checking stock levels, expiry dates, product labels, and damaged goods.
• Ensure staff follow proper procedures for stock allocation, picking, packing, receiving, and stock take.
• Monitor staff productivity and ensure daily targets are achieved.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and reporting problems to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Ensure the workplace is clean, organised, and safe at all times.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare daily operational reports and report any stock discrepancies or staff misconduct to the Supervisor.
• Assist in training new employees and guiding staff on proper work procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
