Job Description

We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong Node.js development experience to join a collaborative technology team in Singapore. The role involves developing and maintaining applications, working with modern cloud technologies, and supporting the delivery of scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain applications using Node.js.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, development and code reviews.
• Support application deployment and integration using DevOps practices and cloud technologies.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and improve application performance.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only, due to the nature of the project and onboarding timelines.
• Strong hands-on experience in Node.js development.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices and cloud technologies.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work with low-code platforms such as OutSystems.

Good to Have

• Experience working in larger software development teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior exposure to OutSystems or other low-code development platforms.
