Love meeting people and enjoy a vibrant retail environment? Join our gift shop team at the iconic Gardens by the Bay, where visitors from around the world come to explore and create wonderful memories.

What you’ll be doing

• Welcome local and international visitors with a warm and friendly smile
• Assist visitors in discovering souvenirs and gifts
• Handle daily retail store operations including opening and closing procedures, and cashiering duties
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store merchandise and maintain attractive product displays
• Replenish merchandise, assist with stock management, and maintain store cleanliness standard

What we’re looking for

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
• Has retail experience (an advantage, but not essential)
• Enjoy interacting with people and has a passion for customer service and retail
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts
