Vibrant working environment with attractive health benefits at City Osteopathy & Physiotherapy.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for day to day operations at the clinics
Communicate and provide assistance to our patients/members
Schedule appointments and answer telephone enquiries and emails
Maintain and update client database
Management of invoice and payments at the clinics
Participate in corporate events (if required)
Ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements:
Possess good communication skills, with a pleasant disposition
Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures
Responsible, dependable, trustworthy and punctual
Willingness to learn and grow in a demanding environment
Confident and fluent in English.
Work Hours:
Clinic opens from 7.30 am - 8 pm on weekdays and 7.30am to 1pm on Saturday. Closed on Sunday and PH
3 days - 7.30 am - 5.30 pm/10 am - 8 pm
2 days - 7.30 am - 12.30 pm / 3 pm- 8 pm
Less than 44 hours a week
