Our client, a leading global financial services organisation, is seeking a VP-level Product Manager to join its APAC technology team in Singapore. The role sits between the business and engineering, and the successful candidate will own the regional product roadmap and drive innovation through practical technology, data and AI solutions.

The role

• Own and prioritise the APAC technology roadmap across business and client-facing teams
• Work closely with business users to understand their workflows and find opportunities to innovate and remove friction
• Translate requirements into clear product documentation and partner with engineering through to delivery and adoption
• Deliver data, reporting, automation and AI solutions that improve productivity and the client experience
• Manage relationships with third-party technology and data vendors
• Lead user enablement and training on new tools

The ideal candidate

• 8+ years in product management, business analysis, consulting or a related role within banking or financial services
• Proven track record of driving innovation or digital transformation initiatives
• Strong experience writing product requirements and delivering in agile environments
• Hands-on experience with BI, CRM and data platforms, such as Tableau, Salesforce or Snowflake
• Practical experience delivering AI, automation or data-driven solutions with real user adoption
• Excellent stakeholder management across global, cross-functional teams
