About the Company

We are a newly established motor insurance agency seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage full set accounts and coordinate motor insurance claims while helping establish our accounting and administrative processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set accounts, including AR, AP, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow reports.
• Manage daily accounting transactions, payments, invoicing, and financial documentation.
• Assist with audits, tax submissions, budgeting, and statutory compliance.
• Handle motor insurance claims, including own-damage and third-party claims.
• Coordinate with insurers, workshops, adjusters, and customers to ensure timely claim processing.
• Monitor claim status, follow up on outstanding documents, and update customers.
• Establish and maintain proper accounting, claims, and administrative filing systems.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience with full set accounts.
• Experience in motor insurance claims or the insurance industry is strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian accounting practices and motor insurance claims procedures.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Mandarin-speaking ability is required.
• Independent, meticulous, organised, and able to work in a newly established company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
