Assist in coordinating daily construction activities and monitoring project progress.

Support the preparation of construction documents, progress reports and approval submissions.

Follow up on action items from project meetings and coordinate with subcontractors.

Monitor construction quality, site inspections and compliance with project requirements.

Assist with defect inspections, commissioning, testing and project handover documentation.

Track outstanding defects and ensure timely follow-up during the defects liability period.

Support implementation of workplace safety and environmental procedures.

Assist in identifying construction risks and implementing corrective actions.

Recommend improvements to construction methods, productivity, cost control and quality.
