Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.

Option period: 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2028.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 5:45pm; Fridays: 9:00am to 5:45pm. Each day includes a 45-minute lunch break (42 working hours per week).
• Service is usually not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays. The same hours apply during the option year.

Requirements:

• GCE O-Level with at least three passes, including English and a Mother Tongue Language subject, is preferred.
• At least one year of front-desk and/or customer-service experience; MOE school experience is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and a courteous, professional approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet use, and ability to operate fax machines, photocopiers and printers.
• First Aid training, good organisation and teamwork skills.

Job Scopes:
The Services required are set out as follows:
1. Answer telephone calls within three rings and attend to students, parents and walk-in visitors at the frontline counter.

2. Handle incoming mail, distribute letters and receive deliveries on behalf of staff.

3. Attend to early departures, injured students and sick-bay admissions.

4. Oversee housekeeping of the reception area and sick bay with Operations Support Officer assistance.

5. Arrange temporary storage of deliveries, inform relevant staff and manage lost-and-found items.

6. Provide data-entry and administrative support to School Leaders, General Office staff and Admin Managers, and perform other assigned duties.
