Mandarin Customer Service – Fresh Graduates Welcome

About the Role

We are looking for Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team and provide excellent support to customers.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communicating with people, solving problems, and providing great customer service. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and training will be provided.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and assistance based on customers' needs.
• Resolve customer issues and follow up on enquiries when necessary.
• Assist customers with product, service, account, or general enquiries.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
• Meet the required customer service and performance standards.

Requirements

Fresh Graduates are Welcome!

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Retail, Sales, Contact Centre, Hospitality, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates without prior customer service experience are welcome if they have good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
