Strong software engineering background with proven ownership of complex technology delivery end-to-end. • Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams across one or more squads, workstreams or technology domains. • Experience managing delivery plans, risks, dependencies, technical decisions, releases and production readiness. • Ability to remain technically credible and sufficiently hands-on to review designs, guide implementation and challenge delivery approaches. • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, including presenting risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders. • Experience working across distributed, cross-functional or onshore and offshore teams. • Experience delivering business-critical applications in Agile environments; SAFe and PI Planning exposure are desirable. Technical & Domain Experience • Modern software engineering practices, microservices, APIs, automated testing and secure development. • CI/CD, DevSecOps, cloud platforms, containerized platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift, and automated quality tooling. • Observability, monitoring, incident management and operational supportability. • Large enterprise or regulated environments such as insurance, banking, financial services, healthcare or government are preferred
