Key Responsibilities

• Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates based on role requirements, attitude, communication skills, and potential.

• Recruitment Management: Track recruitment progress, maintain accurate records, and work towards recruitment targets.

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in training, apply feedback, and improve recruitment effectiveness.
