We're hiring Process Engineering Technicians to support production processes, resolve manufacturing issues and maintain smooth operations within a server manufacturing facility.

Job Details

Location:
Tampines

Basic salary:
up to $4500 PLUS AM/PM shift allowance + meal allowance + transportation allowance

Working arrangement

: 4-day workweek after training

Shift duration:
12 hours, rotating shifts

Initial training:
Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm

What You'll Do

Provide technical support for daily manufacturing operations

Troubleshoot production process issues and abnormalities

Assist engineers with process improvements and optimisation

Monitor production performance and identify recurring issues

Support process validation, documentation and implementation of changes

Work with production and quality teams to improve manufacturing efficiency

What We're Looking For

NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline

Relevant experience in manufacturing process support or engineering operations

Familiarity with troubleshooting, production processes and technical documentation

Able to identify process issues and support corrective actions

Comfortable working rotating 12-hour shifts after training
