Job Responsibilities
Track project progress, coordinate client and internal meetings, and maintain accurate records of meeting outcomes and follow-up actions.
Support the preparation of investment and tender proposals, including data collection, consolidation and review.
Assist with contract coordination, negotiations and post-signing handover processes.
Support project setup and client relationship activities in the Singapore market.
Gather and analyse market and client information to support business development and decision-making.
Assist with the implementation of regional operational policies and departmental administrative activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
, or equivalent relevant qualifications and experience.
Basic understanding of tender processes, contract principles and project costing.
Strong coordination, communication and organisational skills, with good attention to detail.
Able to work effectively with different stakeholders and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and spoken English.
