Job Responsibilities
Support the investigation and resolution of product, process, manufacturing, and customer-related quality issues.
Assist with customer feedback and complaint investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Support non-conformance investigations, risk assessments, failure analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
Assist with product and process verification, inspection, testing, and evaluation as required.
Prepare, review, and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, technical documents, and relevant records.
Collect and analyse quality and operational data to support problem solving and improvement initiatives.
Participate in quality, process, and product improvement projects to enhance quality, efficiency, and reliability.
Support Quality Management System activities and participate in internal, customer, supplier, or external audits when required.
Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues and support assigned projects.
Escalate significant quality, technical, safety, or compliance concerns to the relevant supervisor or manager.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing, quality, or other technical industries is preferred.
Experience in regulated manufacturing, medical devices, or Quality Management Systems will be an advantage.
Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques such as ANOVA, Gage R&R, DOE, or hypothesis testing is preferred.
Familiarity with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies such as 5-Why, 6M, 8D, DMAIC, PDCA, or A3.
Knowledge of risk assessment tools such as PFMEA is an advantage.
