岗位职责
Responsibilities
- To perform bed allocation on systems, complying to Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
- Work closely with different departments and update the status of bed availability
- To monitor and manage bed allocation
- Attend to enquiries and follow up on bed requests
- To assist in the preparation of hospital bed census and reporting when required
- Ad-hoc others admin duties in the department
- Minimum GCE N Levels with 1 year of working experience in customer service
- Computer literacy in internet, email and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff
- Wiiling to shift 3 rotating shift including working weekends and Public Holidays
