Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the sales team, and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable oral care products based on their needs and preferences.
• Ensure staff have sufficient product knowledge to explain product features, benefits, usage instructions, and promotions accurately.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse sales results, and implement strategies to improve revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, stocktaking, and product displays to ensure product availability and proper presentation.
• Ensure the store is clean, organised, and maintained according to company standards.
• Prepare sales reports, monitor daily transactions, and maintain accurate store records.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, retail procedures, and applicable product labelling and sales requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
