Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor the quality of chrysanthemum products throughout the packing and storage process.
2. Supervise the packing process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
3. Ensure compliance with phytosanitary regulations and guidelines for exporting chrysanthemums.
4. Assign tasks to packing and quality control team members, ensuring daily targets are achieved.
5. Monitor inventory levels of packing materials and phytosanitary supplies (e.g., pesticides, compliance labels).
6. Ensure all packing, quality control, and phytosanitary activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
7. Maintain accurate records of quality checks, packing data, and team performance.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
