Supervise and support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential logistics clients.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate service agreements with clients.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure efficient and timely logistics services.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Train, coach, and evaluate the performance of sales representatives.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyze sales performance.
Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and contribute to business growth.
