岗位职责
Our client is a well-established MNC specialising in advanced coating and surface engineering solutions for semiconductor, precision engineering and industrial applications.
Working Days:
Monday – Friday, 5 days per week
Working Hours:
7:45am – 4:45pm
Location:
Tuas (Transport Provided)
Job Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding reporting requirements and quality-related issues.
Monitor, measure, and review internal processes using quality management practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and achieve KPI targets.
Conduct internal audits and ensure the quality management system is properly maintained.
Prepare and issue audit reports, document non-conformances, and verify CAPA implementation.
Ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented and monitored for effectiveness.
Educate, train, and guide employees on quality roles and responsibilities while promoting a strong quality culture across the company.
Prepare customer quality reports, including data collection and statistical reporting.
Assist the business in achieving relevant certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, and RBA.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Quality Engineering / Management or equivalent
Experience in quality assurance and control
Experience in internal and external audit
