Job Summary

You will handle customer interactions through calls, emails, and walk-ins. You will schedule technicians, coordinate with brand personnel, complete data entry for jobs, and support team operations in a friendly, balanced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages to resolve customer inquiries and promote additional products or services
• Assist walk-in customers by providing accurate information and support to enhance customer satisfaction
• Schedule and coordinate technician appointments to ensure timely service delivery
• Liaise with key personnel from partner brands to facilitate smooth communication and service operations
• Enter completed job details accurately into the data management system to maintain up-to-date records
• Support team members with ad-hoc assignments to contribute to overall operational efficiency
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic knowledge of home appliances to provide informed assistance to customers
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Sheets for data management and communication
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently
• Verbal and written telecommunication skills to handle customer interactions professionally
• Leadership skills to manage relationships with customers and support team collaboration
• Willingness to work 5.5 days per week with alternate Saturdays off, subject to staff confirmation

Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,400.00 per month
