Lead investigations into incidents, near misses, and high-potential events, ensuring the timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor EHS performance, identify trends, and prepare and present EHS metrics, reports, and recommendations to account leadership and client stakeholders.
Lead, coach, and develop the Southeast Asia EHS team to build organizational capability and support workforce planning.
Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, ensuring audit findings and observations are effectively managed and closed.
Drive contractor safety management, support emergency preparedness and business continuity initiatives, and deliver EHS communications and training.
