Full Stack Developer – React.js & .NET

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Experience: 3–6 years

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in React.js and .NET to design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with traditional software development practices while effectively using AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and problem-solving.

This role requires a practical balance of AI-assisted development and core software engineering, including writing, reviewing, debugging, testing, and maintaining production-quality code.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and business logic using .NET / C#.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Use AI-powered coding assistants effectively for code generation, debugging, refactoring, test creation, and development productivity.
• Review and validate AI-generated code to ensure correctness, security, maintainability, and performance.
• Write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code following development best practices.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, product teams, and other developers.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile/Scrum development activities.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement appropriate improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow secure software development practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Good experience developing applications using .NET / C#.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Understanding of frontend and backend application architecture.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with Git and version control practices.
• Practical experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to critically review AI-generated code rather than relying on it without validation.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorisation, and application security.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based application deployment.
• Experience writing automated tests.
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies.

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
