Job Summary

Manage architectural projects by coordinating timelines, procurement, and site activities to deliver quality finishes and meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and schedules to ensure timely delivery of architectural projects
• Coordinate the selection, procurement, and delivery of materials, furnishings, and finishes to meet project requirements
• Collaborate effectively with designers, clients, and contractors to align project goals and resolve issues
• Oversee site work to ensure quality standards and finishes are achieved according to specifications
• Conduct site visits and participate in project meetings to monitor progress and address challenges

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Architectural degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural project management
• Preferably residing in the West (non-essential for core duties)
