• 3–6 years of hands-on frontend development experience.
• Strong expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, SPAs, and Micro-Frontends.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into modular, reusable UI components.
• Good understanding of component lifecycle, state management, and asynchronous API integration.
• Experience with REST APIs, error handling, and session management.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and sprint ceremonies.
• Familiarity with Jest, React Testing Library, JIRA, and Bitbucket.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Banking, Finance, or FinTech experience, particularly in digital onboarding or lending, is an added advantage.

Tech Skill Sets:

• At least 3 years of hands-on working experience in ReactJS, TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+),HTML5, and CSS3 / SCSS.
• Solid experience with React Hooks, Context API, and state management / data query libraries(Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query / TanStack Query).
• Strong understanding of Micro-Frontend (MFE) patterns (Module Federation, Web Components, shell-and-remotes architecture).
• Practical experience writing automated unit and component tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
• Proficiency with build tools and package managers (Vite, Webpack, npm/yarn) and Git / Bitbucket version control.
