a) Responsibility

1. Ensure that production is operating smoothly and efficiently;

2. Ensure that all production schedules are meet;

3. Ensure that all work procedures are adjusted to meet production flow;

4. Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and

quality of work;

5. Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase productivity;

6. Supervise workers, interprets specifications and determines sequence of operations;

7. General maintenance & good housekeeping on the Production floor at all times;

8. Recommend operators for internal & external training;

9. To monitor and measure performance for each individual operator on quality and quantity;

10. Enhance the reliability and manufacturability of the process and product quality.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
