A established semiconductor firm is now looking for a Recruiter to join their TA Team.

• Drive end-to-end recruitment strategies to secure top-tier talent while optimizing time-to-hire and operational efficiency across the organization.

• Direct the complete talent acquisition lifecycle including proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, and seamless onboarding transitions.

• Collaborate closely with hiring leaders to provide advisory support on talent needs and selection methodologies.

• Monitor key recruitment indicators to analyze performance and provide regular operational updates.

• Champion employer branding initiatives to build diverse talent pipelines and strengthen engagement across key networks.

• Ensure all talent acquisition processes strictly adhere to local regulatory standards and organizational governance policies.

skills and experience required.

• Demonstrated track record in managing full-cycle talent acquisition processes in high-volume environments.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and guide hiring managers.

• Hands-on experience with modern applicant tracking systems and digital HR platforms.

• Sound working knowledge of local employment legislation and recruitment compliance practices.

• Analytical capability to review recruitment metrics and implement process improvements.
