General Manager, Operations (Hospitality)
Role Overview
Our client, a Singapore-based family office with hospitality interests, is seeking a hands-on General Manager, Operations to oversee hospitality operations, drive commercial performance and uphold service excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong F&B foundation, proven pre-opening experience and the ability to lead end-to-end operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee hospitality operations, service standards and guest experience.
- Drive F&B operations, outlet performance, cost control and profitability.
- Lead pre-opening activities, including recruitment, training, SOP development and operational setup.
- Drive revenue growth, P&L performance and operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence.
- Identify opportunities to improve operations and support business growth.
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business or a related discipline.
- Extensive hospitality operations experience, preferably across branded hotels, resorts or lifestyle concepts.
- Strong hands-on F&B experience, ideally with a foundation in outlet operations.
- Proven pre-opening experience, from operational planning and team setup through to launch.
- Strong commercial acumen and P&L management experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A hands-on, resourceful and commercially minded operator.
