About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creatively driven Motion Designer to help us communicate Knight's technology through sophisticated visual storytelling.

Knight operates in a complex area of financial technology. Our challenge is not simply to explain what our product does, but to help our audience, prospective customers, and future users understand how we are transforming trust intelligence in cross-border finance.

We believe exceptional design can make even the most complex technology intuitive, accessible, and compelling.

You will work closely with our founding team to translate technical concepts, product experiences, and financial infrastructure into elegant motion graphics, product demonstrations, and visual narratives.

We value a strong design perspective, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for Knight's website, product, and digital channels.
• Develop product demonstrations, UI animations, and walkthroughs that communicate how Knight's technology works.
• Translate complex concepts in AI, financial intelligence, identity verification, blockchain, and compliance into accessible visual narratives.
• Produce animated explainers, launch videos, and promotional content for institutional and technology audiences.
• Collaborate with the founding team on creative direction, storyboarding, visual concepts, and execution.
• Maintain a consistent, sophisticated visual identity across motion assets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in motion design, animation, and digital product storytelling.
• Strong proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Figma, Blender, Rive, Cinema 4D, or equivalent software.
• Excellent understanding of composition, typography, transitions, timing, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts without compromising accuracy.
• Strong creative judgment and attention to detail.
• Experience working with technology companies, particularly SaaS, AI, fintech, Web3, or developer platforms, is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.

Engagement Structure

Initial engagement: Project-based contract.

Long-term opportunity: Potential transition into a full-time role based on performance, creative alignment, and the company's evolving needs.

We are looking for someone who can grow alongside Knight and contribute to our long-term product and brand identity.
